About Us

Who we are

Hammerline Roofing is a roofing company serving Franklin, Spring Hill and Brentwood. We work on homes, garages and small commercial buildings, and our work includes roof replacement, metal roofing, flat roofing, new construction roofing, commercial roofing and roof repair.

Roofing is one of the few home projects most people never see up close. That's exactly why we explain what we find, put our prices in writing and photograph the work, so you know what's on your roof and why.

How we work

• The whole system, not just shingles. Deck, eave protection, underlayment, flashing and ventilation are done properly on every roof we replace.
• Clear, written quotes. Your quote spells out materials, labor, decking prices and anything that isn't included.
• Honest about repairs. If a repair will do the job, we'll tell you. If the roof is finished, we'll show you why.
• Respect for your property. Protected landscaping, a tidy site and magnetic nail sweeps before we leave.

Where we work

We work across Franklin, Spring Hill and Brentwood. Each community has its own housing, weather exposure and permit office, which we cover on our pages for Franklin, Spring Hill and Brentwood.

Before you hire anyone

Whoever you choose, get the scope and price in writing, ask for proof of liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage where applicable, and ask how extra layers and rotted decking are priced. Good roofers are glad to answer those questions. When you're ready, try our instant roof estimate or request a quote.
