Soffit & Fascia in Brentwood

Soffit & Fascia for Brentwood homes

Brentwood is known for larger homes on wooded lots, with steep, complex roofs on houses built from the 1970s onward. On wooded Brentwood lots, squirrels regularly chew into soffit corners and fascia gaps. We replace damaged sections with solid materials and close the corners properly to keep animals out of the attic.

What's included

Vented aluminum soffit, fascia wrap and rot repair for a clean roofline and proper attic intake. Depending on your roof, the work can include:

• Vented aluminum soffit
• Fascia capping
• Rot repair
• Pest damage
• Baffles and airflow
• Rot spreads.
• Gutters need a solid board.
• It points to the cause.
• It's cheaper now.

Full details, how the work runs and common questions are on our main soffit & fascia page.

Local conditions in Brentwood

Brentwood's mature hardwoods keep gutters busy every season, and squirrels regularly test soffits and roof edges on wooded lots. Gutter guards, solid fascia and properly closed soffit corners make the biggest difference here.

Questions to ask before you hire

Whoever you hire for soffit & fascia in Brentwood, get clear answers to these before signing:

• Will you replace rotted wood before capping it?
• Will the new soffit be vented, and is insulation blocking airflow?
• How will you deal with any animal entry points?
• Will the colors match my gutters and windows?

Permits and approvals

Building permits in Brentwood are handled by the City of Brentwood. Replacing a roof with similar materials often doesn't require a permit, but structural changes, new roof framing and new skylight openings typically do, and many neighborhoods also have HOA design rules. We confirm requirements for your property before work starts.
